In 2008, I began my career in technology for a SaaS based software company with HQ in California. I was responsible for online curriculum design and virtual instruction for end users of pricing tools at global retailers. I was exposed early on to how a cloud-based software company operates, to agile development, machine learning and artificial intelligence in it's advent, and to the computer science that makes it all work. I quickly learned the industry and how to transform complex concepts and technology use into training that was accessible and engaging for business users. I created learning content and delivered training in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese through blended models of self-paced, online and in person.
I was then scouted to work for the most successful Talent Management software, Successfactors, and quickly evolved into a solutions expert for the learning management system. As a Mastery certified trainer, I delivered certification courses to global consultants from Accenture, IBM, Deloitte, Capgemini, and many other consultancies. Training was done in an engaged social cohort environment which included a flipped classroom model, community based interactions and hands on experiential learning and assessment.
In 2013, I moved to Europe and began working in consulting. My first project at Deloitte UK was transforming global HSBC learning processes through deployment of new LMS. Since, I've worked with enterprises large and small in multiple industries deploying digital solutions for HR and IT to address a variety of enterprise needs.
Since 2020, I've shifted my attention to working directly through the lens of Change Management to bring real life change to the enterprise.
As an independent consultant, I deliver HRIS solutions expertise, organize programs for transformation and drive change from the ground up by building networks of change agents and elevating employees and managers needs in the business,
I bridge the gap between strategy and execution within the people function of business. Offering services to both drive strategic vision with senior leadership, and also deliver programs of change that deliver successful adoption. Responsible for coordinating and liaising between multiple teams within an organization, my hands on experience with frameworks for programme and change management as well as my 15 years knowledge in HR and HRIS allows me to see the big picture while paying attention to the details at the same time. As a result, I streamline processes quickly and efficiently delivering great change initiatives and opening up the lines of communication across multiple stakeholders.
