I'm Ana Lucia, a dynamic professional with an international background in training and learning delivery and talent program management for enterprise transformation. I am a multifaceted human, a Swiss army knife of skills and capabilities.

I speak 4 languages fluently, I have lived in 5 countries and have worked globally with every region of the world. I thrive in a diverse and complex environment, where being culturally aware is key and where human experience is the focus.

My superpowers are the ability to synthesize information quickly and transform it into engaging messages, and  the ability to parlay complex concepts into training and learning opportunities.  

I am also highly organized and structured with skills in project management and collaboration among multiple parties. Personally, I am conscious of the importance of addressing all personas in the workplace, I strive for equality.

I manage learning and talent programs centered around technology use. I also design and deliver engaging content in the form of live training, eLearning, micro-learning, videos,  and other documentation. I'm highly technical and know how to optimize applications and platforms for best use such as intranets, internal work sites and online platforms for employee engagement and collaboration. With significant experience building and managing teams of people, I am a natural in coaching, mentoring and developing individuals to their best performance. I am a coach leader that brings alignment across all levels of the organization to create a more positive and uplifting workplace.
