I'm Ana Lucia, a dynamic professional with an international background and a passion for all things people!
I speak 4 languages fluently, I have lived in 5 countries and have worked with people from all corners of the globe. I thrive in an diverse, complex environment, where being culturally aware is key.
My superpower is my ability to quickly absorb massive amounts of data both quantitative and qualitative, synthesize the information and connect the dots of the human dynamics at play in an organization. I am passionate about creating meaningful experiences for users of technology, employees, managers or individuals in personal setting.
My technology career has spanned 2 continents and multiple countries. I've worn several hats and have had to adapt and change to the needs of the industry and keep current with skills. I've been a trainer, curriculum designer, team manager, project manager, change management lead and director of transformation.
I've built training programs, methodologies, teams, functions of business and operational models.
I work in a multicultural context, within matrix organizations that are highly complex where being a jack of all trades and a team player is not only valued, but necessary.
I apply smart thinking and comprehensive strategic planning towards HR transformation. I think about the big picture and how to support programs of change to be successful over time, not just in the immediate delivery of new technology. This means, bringing leaders together to align on longer term objectives and providing them the structure and governance for making the change from existing to future state. Once this is in place, I then set the approach and plan to deliver the work.
My value add is the ability to operationally deliver based on a clear strategic vision that considers the broader impact of technological change. This includes business process optimization, operating model design and realignment, stakeholder engagement, people upskilling or reskilling and communications endeavors.
